Jyotsna continues to teach violin in both carnatic and western traditions and musicianship in a variety of settings including private tuition and ensemble classes.

She has coached many of her students towards their Arangetram, a South Indian musical graduation ceremony.

She has given workshops in schools, universities and conservatoires across the UK, India and Europe, to name a few, she teaches at the Milapfest’s National South Asian Youth Orchestra, University of Cambridge, Grand Union Orchestra Summer School and University of Oulu, Finland. Her workshops on ‘Comparative study between Indian and Western music’ and ‘Indian violin & the western violin’ are very popular in Europe.
